Background: The YahSat turn-key project has provided military and commercial organisations within the UAE with a Mil-Sat and commercial satellite capability. ADS Astrium are the prime contractor for the ground segment which includes a comprehensive Network Management System.

Our Role: e2E designed and developed authoritative, creative and entertaining courseware that was delivered to an audience of mixed technical ability whose first language was not English.

  • Completion of a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis that addressed the training requirements for NMS operational staff
  • Technical domain-specific course development using best-of-breed toolsets
  • Blended delivery of Instructor Led and Computer Based Training (CBT) courseware
  • Presentation of course material in-country
